1. What LingoRewards is

LingoRewards ("the Service") is a language-learning platform concept where users earn cash rewards for completing lessons, daily tasks, and streak milestones, and unlock withdrawals by completing partner affiliate offers. This page describes how the Service would work if launched.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to earn or withdraw rewards.
One account per person. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent accounts may be closed and their balances voided.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Earning rewards

Reward amounts per lesson, task, or milestone are shown in the app and may change at any time.
Rewards are funded by advertising and affiliate partners. Earnings accrue to your account balance and have no cash value until a withdrawal is completed.
Gaming the system (bots, scripts, answer dumping, fake activity) voids associated earnings.

4. Affiliate offers & withdrawals

Withdrawals require completing a stated number of partner offers. Offer availability varies by region and is provided by third parties under their own terms.
Payout methods (cryptocurrency, PayPal, bank transfer, gift cards) have minimum amounts and processing times shown at checkout. Third-party fees may apply.
We may verify identity or activity before releasing a payout and may withhold payouts obtained through fraud or abuse.

5. Content & conduct

Course content is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, resell, or scrape it, and don't use the Service to do anything unlawful.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Earnings are not guaranteed income; the Service is not an investment, employment, or financial product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount in your account balance.

7. Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service, these terms, or reward rates at any time with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time; balances below the minimum withdrawal are forfeited on closure.

1. What this demo actually collects

Nothing. This demo stores your sign-up details, balance, and progress only in your own browser's localStorage. Nothing is transmitted to any server, and clearing your browser data erases everything. Don't use a real password.

2. What a launched service would collect

Account data: email, display name, and hashed password.
Learning data: lessons completed, streaks, task history — used to calculate rewards and personalize courses.
Payout data: the wallet address, PayPal email, or bank details you provide, used solely to deliver payouts.
Offer data: affiliate partners would confirm offer completions to us; their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

3. How data would be used

To operate the service, credit earnings, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We would not sell personal data. Aggregate, anonymized statistics could be shared with partners.

4. Your rights

You would be able to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from account settings, subject to fraud-prevention and legal retention requirements.
